· Selection
· Development
Sessions will be designed to meet individual player objectives and provide the knowledge that relates to a range of principles of play.
This learning process will be supported through Fulham Football club DNA curriculum as well as live feedback throughout each session in the form of video analysis as well as individuals receiving guided feedback throughout.
We work with you to come up with the very best solutions for all your soccer challenges!
What does the program offer?
The talent identification program is a phase of learning that young athletes can use to enhance their development, learn new methods, and have new experiences to enhance their soccer experience.
01
“Club and team neutral” environment that allows athletes from multiple clubs, states, and regions to develop side-by-side without any specific game day commitment.
02
7 week training programme with on-field development and detail, classroom activity such as match analysis from FFC academy and character workshops.
03
Fitness testing, nutrition, and sports injury modules to help players understand the importance of sport science and how it can benefit within training and games.
04
Personalized development through live feedback tools, player reflection, and coach’s breakdown allowing access to what players may want to see when they are not training in the TIDP.
All opportunities are delivered in a unique enjoyable competitive environment and be tested within that environment which will highlight new phases of the game players may not have experienced.

What Makes this Program Different?
Fulham FC are dedicated and 100% committed to unearthing talent that may have been overlooked or just not discovered yet. In partnership with ProcampsUK, Fulham FC will have a very hands-on approach and will endeavour to create lasting relationships with players and parents within the Talent Identification Program.
As part of our commitments, we will:
- Endeavour to have as much personal input on the training pitch as possible. This will be achieved with regular visits to the program by FFC and ProcampsUK staff members.
- Create opportunities for players that show the potential and relevant skill sets to trial at Fulham FC.
- Provide opportunities for squad visits to Fulham FC which will include training and a games program.
- Supply regular video conference/seminars around all aspects of the professional game i.e., physiotherapy, coaching, fitness, diet, administration etc... as well as the potential for Q&As with current and past FFC players.
- Supply players within the TIDP with Fulham FC playing philosophies and the FFC DNA, whilst ensuring that all sessions follow the current FFC coaching syllabus.
Potential outcome for players
Throughout the program a pool of players will be identified for international tournaments, academy experiences with FFC being one of these opportunities along with many other clubs throughout Europe.
We can make your dream a reality.

Working with coaches and coach recommendations.
This groundbreaking project means incorporating as much knowledge and experience as we can possibly gather.
It is with this in mind that we have taken the decision to work and liaise with coaches who know or deliver to talented players within the USA.
This means open sessions for coaches to attend as well as the possibility for coach development days.
If you fit the criteria and know of any talented players that may benefit from this program please do follow the link and fill in the details on the following form.

ProcampsUK Director
Mr Lee Cowling
admin@i-5footballacademy.co.uk
Lee started his career as a trainee at Manchester United, under the leadership of Sir Alex Ferguson and alongside players such as Paul Scholes, Gary Neville and David Beckham, after they spotted him playing junior league football in Doncaster.
After a lot of thought, and persuasion, Lee left Manchester and joined Nottingham Forest under the guidance of Brian Clough.
Lee was consistently rated as one of the leading players of his generation, playing for Forest, under Brian Clough, Frank Clark, Stuart Pearce, Ron Atkinson and David Platt. He was youth team captain as well as playing regularly in the England schoolboy setup. He also represented England in the Under-18 squad alongside Rio Ferdinand, Michael Carrick, Frank Lampard and Emile Heskey.
Following an injury which ended his playing career at an early age Lee developed a successful career as a UEFA “A” Licence Head Coach, at clubs, such as Darlington, Doncaster, Nottingham Forest, and Middlesbrough, under the guidance of Dave Parnaby and Gareth Southgate, as well as at independent Academies in the UK and around Europe. Lee now works closely with leading organizations in football/soccer and his main objectives are to identify and develop football philosophies and to lead and develop teams of talented coaching staff, to ensure the experience as a player at any organization is an enjoyable and rewarding one.
He now runs his own successful business, working on all continents, developing programmes for aspiring football talent.
Lee will be a familiar face on the program identifying potential talented players and will lead on a lot of the coaching syllabus delivery while in the States.
