What Does It Entail?

Opportunities For International Player Development Camps


In late 2020 ProcampsUK partnered with Fulham Football Club to embark on a new exciting project which would enable individuals and organisations to utilise the knowledge, experience and expertise of the two institutions to develop bespoke holiday camps/programmes globally.


Regardless of the obstacles Covid 19 threw at us in 2021, ProcampsUK were able to host 2 fantastic camps in France and South Africa respectively.

Delivered by ProcampsUK, Fulham FC and our in-country camp directors, our programmes reached over 300 players who loved and learned from every minute of these 5-day camps.

ProcampsUK are looking for entrepreneurial, dedicated visionaries who have a passion for football and the development of young aspiring individuals.


We  would like to take this opportunity to highlight the benefits and summarise some of the support and assistance that we can provide to you as part of an on-going relationship that will be progressive with these short development camps in 2022.

Please bear in mind, that we are aiming to develop relationships on a long-term basis. ProcampsUK will get involved with you or your organisation in partnership with Premier League Fulham Football Club to offer a range of support and opportunities that can only benefit you, or your club/organisation.

What's on Offer

Summer Camp

Implementation of 5-day club-based, Summer camp for boys and girls aged 5-19 partnered with Premier League Club Fulham FC and staffed by fully qualified Fulham FC coaches.

Club Development

The development and coaching of first teams, to provide a suitable pathway for  talented players to achieve their potential. This will build the clubs profile and will make it a standout club with a long-term commitment to its community and players. This also offers financial benefits to the club.

Support

Supporting in the development of player pathways and the establishment of a player development strategy from grassroots to the elite level. This will be achieved by the opportunity to implement the use of Fulham FC’s Player Development Programme Playing Philosophy and Player Development Philosophy 

Validation

Visits to your club by a Fulham FC representative for discussions and validation on Fulham FC’s involvement and backing. This will give you piece of mind that the camp is 100% backed by FFC

Opportunities for Coaches

Opportunities for groups of coaches from your club to visit the UK and undertake a UEFA Level 1 coaching qualification delivered by Fulham FC’s in-house delivery team. 

This also includes opportunities to observe certain training sessions and take in a first team fixture with full hospitality.

What's on Offer

Seminars and Conferences

Monthly or bi-monthly Zoom/Skype seminars hosted by different departments from Fulham FC including First team coaches, Academy director, Sports Science and Administration to name a few.

Coach Development

Coach development programmes and support, including CPD opportunities, with coaches from the UK visiting the club on a regular basis to develop the standards of coaching from the younger age groups upwards – coaching the players and running coaching seminars.

Camp Rewards

Rewards and prizes for players attending coaching camps i.e. signed Fulham FC shirts for best players form each age group.Opportunity for high school age group best player to attend FFC coaching programme in the UK. Opportunity for group excursions to FFC with fixtures. All players will receive a certificate of attendance validated by FFC.

Opportunity for Players

Opportunity for the elite high school players to visit FFC and train with coaches from the club as well as play and evaluate themselves against elite players in the UK.

Educational Opportunities

Educational exchange programmes. Players aged 16+ who were due to enter the collegiate system in the USA can instead apply to come to the UK for periods of up to 3-years+. Programmes in the UK are 3-years, not 4-years as in the USA and will provide a better football/soccer experience for talented players. to learn and progess.

Process for application

The steps to set you on your way are set out as follows:

  1. Fill in the initial contact form below.
  2. you will then receive by email the FFC Development Camp outline documentation along with a licence application form.
  3. Zoom video meeting/interview
  4. Territory application and agreement (sets out where you would like to host your camp and the area in which you will recruit)
  5. Terms of agreement signed
  6. Camp documentation released
  7. Promotional advertising logos and literature released
  8. Advertising (social media campaigns, webpage, emails etc..)
  9. Recruitment process
  10. FIRST SUCCESSFUL CAMP!!
